Abstract

This study aims to analyse partially and simultaneously the influence of compensation and work motivation variables on turnover intention variables. The method used in this study is descriptive and associated with a quantitative research nature. Data collection in this study used questionnaire data from 50 employees who were sampled in this study, after which the data was processed using the help of the Smart PLS 4.0 application. The results obtained in this study indicate that: 1) Compensation (X1) has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention (Y) at PT. Prasindo Travel Services with the results of the t-count value (2.433> 1.96), probability value (0.015 <0.05); 2) Work Motivation (X2) has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention (Y) at PT. Prasindo Travel Services with the results of the t-count value (4.933> 1.96), probability value (0.000 <0.05); 3) Work Motivation (X1) and Compensation (X2) have a strong simultaneous effect on Turnover Intention (Y) at PT. Prasindo Travel Service with an R-Square value of 0.826 or 82.6%. The remaining 17.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
