Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of perceived supervisor support as a moderating influence of organisational commitment and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention of employees of the Karawaci Regional Direct Sales Division of PT Linknet Tbk. This research uses an associative approach with qualitative data. The sample used in this study was employees of the Karawaci Regional Direct Sales Division of PT Linknet Tbk, with a total of 147 respondents. Data analysis was carried out by testing data quality, classical assumption test, multiple regression test and multiple regression analysis test. The results showed that organisational commitment has a positive effect on employee turnover intention, job satisfaction has no effect on employee turnover intention, and perceived supervisor support weakens the influence of organisational commitment and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention.
